I am surprised that it has been this easy - don't get me wrong, the class itself is challenging on more levels than I can describe - but making time for the practice has been doable.
I have been eating, sleeping, working, breathing - yoga. Going into the challenge I thought by this point that I would be exhausted. On the contrary, I am sleeping better at night; having increased clarity in my work and thought processes; and getting a better grasp at stress management. In fact, I haven't had a single anxiety attack since day three (go me!)
