Dear Future Apartment,
How are you today? I know you are just as exhausted in your search for me, I trust we will find each other soon. It must feel like years that you have been waiting for me to come and clean your hardwood floors and granite kitchen counter tops. You long to have me relaxing in bed watching television (HGTV, of course) with you on rainy days when the natural light isn't able to come through your big gorgeous windows.
I am also very excited to introduce you to all my wonderful New York friends (I have yet to meet) when I host cocktail hours or book club meetings.
I, too, hope that you enjoy the quiet future apartment; I will thank you in advance for being quite accommodating in price, I won't tell anyone that you're not as expensive as you appear.
Also, future apartment, I am so happy that you are located in a safe neighborhood that is close to work. It just goes to show that you are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I am always completely satisfied.
