It is finally becoming a reality; it is an experience that is scary, exciting, adventurous, frustrating and profitable. I recently made the decision to sell majority of my belongings in Arizona in an attempt to save myself the hassle of moving them. As it turns out, this was a wonderful determination... I posted my furniture on my current employer classified ads and have already sold everything but my dining room table. Success! Although, that does mean that starting Saturday I will be sleeping on an air mattress.
I may not have everything completely put together for my move, for example, I still have no idea what specific day I will be leaving, and I do not have an apartment secured. But, I am moving in the right direction for the time being by selling my furniture and packing the remaining belongings I anticipate requiring while I am in NYC (clothes...haha). Well I suppose I can cross it off my list of 8003 things that remain to be taken care of prior to departing Arizona! Next up, apartment search. Ugh.
